Confidentiality Statement

It is the policy of the Southern Connecticut State University Center for Communication Disorders to secure all client records and to follow a code of confidentiality in the treatment of all clients, as per HIPAA regulations. No client identifying information (names, client initials, birth dates, addresses, phone numbers, case numbers, etc.) will be included on working copies of client specific documents.

Please Note: All session plans must be tailored to individual client’s needs and approved by the clinical instructor in charge of the case. Clinicians take full responsibility for all information sent to or received from this Website.
